
Digital Alchemy can customize your CRM emails in many different ways. We have the ability to change the content on your pieces based on stay dates, rate codes, room types, market segments, and various other items. For example: If you would like your guests to see a picture of their exact room type on the confirmation email, we can do that! If you would like your guests to receive information and activities on their Pre-Stay Marketing email pertaining only to their visit, we can do that too! Don’t forget, we can also update cancellation and deposit policies so they are dynamic as well.
Through our Customer Service Portal you can also add package descriptions by rate code so that you can inform your guest of all the benefits they are receiving with their reservation, such as Spa discounts, Food and Beverage credits, and/or complimentary WIFI service. When displaying packages, there may also come a time to change the rate that is displayed. With some of our PMS interfaces, we can change the rates for packages to include the extra fees, or we can simply show the nightly rate only. If special requests are a hot topic for your guests, we can insert those into the confirmation letter as well, if your PMS feeds us that information. I am sure the guest would love to know that the reservation staff collected their request for a high-floor, non-smoking room!
